Wait until the consultant shows you ALL the properties that meet your requirements and wishes. And only then draw final conclusions. Stop at 3-5 houses, arrange a viewing time with us and go to France. By the way, we would like to clarify that if the properties are located in different regions of France, you will need to pay the costs of the agent’s flight and hotel accommodation (this is a common practice), we ask you to be understanding of these costs (we are talking about several hundred euros).
What if you don't set deadlines? The choice can drag on for months and years, and it may happen that the object chosen 3 months ago is already being purchased by someone.
Remember that good properties on the market will not be sold for a long time! If you particularly like something, don’t delay, make a decision. The real estate market is so dynamic that while someone is thinking, another is buying. In any case, you can finally decide only by viewing. And if you manage to come to an agreement with the owner, you can live in your future home for several days, because not only the architecture, layout, paintings, furniture, gardens, meadows, fields are important... but also a pleasant atmosphere!
